Below you can find the grocery lists for week 3 from The Flavor Solution.

2 lbs chicken

1 lb beef

4 eggs, 6 if level 3

optional: 1 large tomato

level 2: 300g red potato (~11 oz)

8 oz cheddar cheese, 16 oz for level 2

5 tbsp butter, 6 tbsp for level 2
